Return Policy.

We ask that you read carefully before selecting your purchases. All items provided are made by hand and made to order, most items will have slight variations because of this. Thank you for your support and understanding!

Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 7-10 business days to fulfill your order before it is shipped. Shipping will be extra time depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Once your order is successfully submitted, you will be notified via the email address you have provided us. Once it is shipped, you will get another email with your tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number within 10-12 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays) please double-check your inbox and spam folders before reaching out to us.

For all international orders, please allow extra 5-7 business days to receive your tracking information.

If you chose the “PICK UP” option for your purchase, details about time, date, and location, will be sent to you.

For all shipping orders, tracking info will be sent once your order is fulfilled.
